Vincent has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience. His practice focuses primarily on tax planning, business consulting, tax compliance services, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities for individuals and companies in a variety of industries. Vincent’s engagements have been in the fields of real estate, professional services, software, biotectechnology and food services. He also has extensive experience in tax planning for high net worth/high income individuals. Prior to starting his practice, he worked at three of the Big Four national firms and a local CPA firm. In addition, Vincent taught accounting and taxation courses at Golden Gate University and UC Berkeley Extension for eight years. He received his B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and California Society of CPAs.
